Hi, I'm Uthsas. I am new in this forum. I have a Chinese Sony Mp3 player with FM (Nano). But the Mp3 player is not starting. But it have been detected by PC. When I press the power button it shows "Starting..." but doesn't start. SO, please please help me. I'm so upset for the mp3 player.

Is this a NEW problem or has it always happened since you got your player?

Did you do anything to the player before the problem started happening?

Is your player in warranty still? If you can, try to get a replacement or an exchange for it as that would be the easier path sometimes. It maybe difficult if the seller is overseas and the cost of sending it back is too much.

This is a new problem. I bought the Mp3 player some weeks ago. When I bought the player it was fine. The seller didnt't give me warranty. Before some days sometimes when I press the power button it works. But now I have tried a lot. I did nothing when the problem starts.
