pliz help my player dead

Hi
My player starts and shows only blue screen & loading....& after 10min show:
bios pv1 MLC VO.0. 13 on how do i repair it when i connect it with computer it detects flash drive but not the device how do i get it detected in computer. any one tell me the button combination.

need any soft and loader software
