Check around the player for screws. Some might be hidden behind stickers, so try looking under the stickers as well.

Let me know how you get on.

Do you have other photos of your player from around the sides and such?

I have remove all stickers and found no screw. Is there a way to set it to "server mode" instead of "mass storage mode" ? so that I can upload new firmware. It can still be turn on but the control doesn't work.

You can do it only in settings in the menu of the player as i know....
Search youtube if there is no video how to get inside... I recomend using the warrancy, if not probably knife but carefully... do not recomend anyway... better tell what is actually wrong...
