my mp5 sunplus dont reconize the bettery charger

before i charged my mp5 sunplus 3050/3052A,since yesterday i leave it for charching,and when i comme back to take my mp5,ifound it off ,that is not in usual ,battery charged ,i used it ,but when i tryed to turn off i cant, better empty,it stay looping betwen turn off and turn on, i tryed to charge battery ,it dont show me the screen that i sow it before ,but no thing black screen,even the orange lamp stay off ,before it was on when i plug in the battery charger,and green when i unplug the battery charger. by the way i tryed to extract or upgrade the firmware but no thin ,my pc dont reconize my mp5 as device, it reconize as drive I and H.
THINKS.

1.If it is recognised as two devices you need to fowlow some steps to repair that in here:

2.Black screen is strange... Does your mp5 have a reset button or a connectable battery that you can put off and back there to reset your player ?
3. seems it is confused someway... try what i said and if not working wire here... we will alk about what next.. Dont yet try to repair your firmware and if read all the articles about it... dont upload any new !
also look for forums of your provider to search if no1 has the same problem...

yes i have a reset button and connectable battery wich indicate 5V ,i had oppen it the chips is 3052A .
now when i plug the battery charger the mp5 stay on
i can use it now see movie or play game. but no indication of battery charging on screen the battery seem to be full,and when i unplug the charger the mp5 turn off.and if i try to turn it on puching button as before no thing. i did not tryed to remove memory hack because i had not probleme to copy file and delete.
after that now i had cut a battery from mp5 in order
to buy new one,i plug a charger the mp5 turn on with out battery maby that is the probleme if not the mp5 is half died ,i will use it only at home.

your mp4 has no problems at all just you have to change the battery.And yes no matter your mp4 is have the battery or not if you plug in the charger or the usb cable attached with the computer ,the mp4 will power on.It happens with all the mp4 and even to mp3 too so that is not a problem at all.

hello,now my mp5 sunplus 3052A is died.
black screen and i can't upgrade firmware ,my pc do not detect it ,the battery charger too.
and i tryed adfu method no thing, tryed to find combination of button like ok+a or esc or down
i tryed al combination but black screen.

can you give some pic of the inner of your mp4 and it is not possible that your player got dead by just connecting it with the battery

now and after a lot of attempt of shorting circuit a chip windows xp detect matérial but dont reconize or dont foun driver, unknown matérial.
screen is white.

most of the people dont know that short circuit procedure is not recomended for the mp4 or mp5 players
if you have the SLIDE PANEL MP4 or MP5 that doesn't require any short circuit thing.Just you have to know the key or the key combinations to make your mp4 go to software mode if that is the software problem.

First of all i have a player like that and once i used a different charger. the charger had different polarity and when i plugged it in the mp5 nothing happened. then i noticed that near the arrow buttons it became hot. When i opened it i found that i fried a small chip.
From that time on it didn't charge any more. I tried replacing the small chip but could not recognize it. Then after some testing with multimeter I found that if you solder a diode instead of this it began to charge but the charging animation didn't turn on.

The second thing. The button you are searching is probably hidden. You'll have to reach it by inserting a small screw driver in the line-out jack and then connect to usb.

do you mean the line-out jack of earphone ?

for the small chip is it resistance ,can you show me in the
picture where is it, it is very small and because i have a little knowledge in éléctronics,

meanwhile i try a test taking care with a multimeter using a manuel joined to it.

No the line out of the video near the usb port and charging port.

For now i do not have any pictures of the small chip but I will upload some soon!!

i had found button when i open it ,i tried puching it and plug usb after but not thing windows dont detect it or no thing happened
only when i short circuit a chip sometimes windows detect it but dont found driver,i tries all driver adfus,driver wich i had foud it here for sunplus but always no thing.

Hello. If you found a way for windows to detect as something else (I think webcam) use this driver The button you found you have to keep pressing it when connecting to usb.

yes i did ,i keep pressing the button like you said but always not thing , i used the driver wich you upload it when i short circuit a chip always no thing.
the windows xp dont reconize a driver,
i think i must find a good driver if someone have it
