dead mp4 touch player
 

Hello to all,
I have bought a mp4 touch screen player with camera and 4gb flash space from ebay. I thought the price of 60€ was ok for this player...after much frozen menus... now the player freeze on boot...i can see the "please wait...Welcome" picture on start but the player dont start.
I have tryed to contact the ebay seller: digita.world but he dont sell anything now and dont answer to my warranty-pm. So i have opened the player to look for the chip and to find new firmware. In it i found a chip with the inscription: "anyka AK3631LQ14402 FS05A8"
please can you help me to recover it?

first thing is : write the seller on the blacklist on this forum...
Have you tried searching download section or the internet ?
Also check the anyka websites or your player brand website...
I dont recognise the chip id...

How is the player recognised by your pc ?

to recover anyka console:
1, must have compatible firmware.
2, take off battery/switch off main power.
3, press n hold 'M'/menu button. connect USB and wait for 2sec. release 'M' n quickly press 'OK'/play button. if success, you can see this -M+ . press left, M, right. if success, you will ask to format or not. 'M' for YES, others key for NO.(YES for recovery)
4, copy the firmware to the drive which have 16/32MB(BIOS). then restart the console as usual.
*if no firmware, look for good condition same model. do step 1,2,3(no format) and copy all files from BIOS.
*important: do not format the good condition console.

i have tried to press m and connect to computer...but i havent a play button. i have switch off/on , - , + and M buttons. when i connect to computer and before pressed m button i get a message that a new triber must installed...but i havent a driver. please help me
