mp4 2.4" + camera
 

hi, i'm a new member here, i hv been upgrading many mp3/4/5 player since i'm selling this stuff, but i found something weird, i successfully upgraded mp4 + camera but the result is blank screen, whereas i try this firmware to other unit which is the same type can work.

i'm using refresh firmware 2.8.1.2 n FW info is Rockchip, version 1.10.7, FW date 2008.3.21.

any clue ?

usually when we finish upgrading this unit, when we turn on the unit, it will say system init... but this unit just go blank screen...

are you sure the firmware is compatible with the console?
can connect to computer as USB device?
yes= LCD not compatible
no=board not compatible

quite sure
can connect to computer, computer detect as removable disk, can format, can copy paste etc, all normal only when connect to computer the screen of the mp4 unit is blank.
is there any way to get the unit to initialize ?

as I said, problem come from LCD.
1. different LCD for same model
2. LCD spoiled
*the worst, video RAM problem(normally not happened)
