ok...i tried every step you instructed, but everywhere, theres something with a wrong "code". thats all i can read in this hieroglyphs

But did you get the RockUsb icon?

Yes I know, it isn't easy using the chinese software, But if you can get into RockUsb mode you should be able to recover your player.

ok..i tired again and again...but no success
have anyone an idea how i can get access to player again...to the main folder?? no boot letter appears

The RK27DM.exe (Rockchip Device Manager) should recreate the main folder for you by pressing the "R" button.
Are you sure you didn't already repair it?, remember you need to right click it in windows explorer and format it before you can use it.

no way with RK27DM.exe. it faild again and again. i don't know if i repaired id or not. the problem is, that i can'T see anything in the explorer

ok..little brainstorm....at the time i had access to the main folder, i copied the setup.rkw file (which is attatched in the sfloupgradekid) to the main folder, restarted the player and since THEN i hadn't have access to the player...

setup.rkw is no good for you, this will NOT work for you

we need 2 drives
please connect you player to your computer
wait for it to connect
go to safely remove hardware and double click
now take a screen print of the window that pops up and upload it for us to see
