Could not install driver in recovery mode
 

Hi all. Please help me. I have mp4 player which now in recovery mode (It show "USB device" in windows and ask for driver. I've tried many driver download from this forum and some others, tried installing in windows98, XP but not success. When I pointed to "adfuupdate.inf" file, windows found nothing or it said "not contain information about your hardware". Could not install driver so could not recover with new firmware. Anyone can tell me the way? My mp4 uses ACU7515, Hy27UT088G2A chips, and I find on the board QY-103HVO. It hava one Mini SD card slot, one very small chip named SP3767AHN. So, If and anyone know how to recover this mp4, please help me! Thanks very much! Sorry for my poor English

Hi, I find the solution for myself. Install MP3 tool 5.09 will also adfu driver. But I do not find the correct firmware for my player. 9.52 firmware version for ACU7515 can make the player's disk detect in windows but the display shows nothing. Can anyone help me find the correct version of firmware?

it sounds like you have the player set on "play intro" where it will play only the start of the songs

not sure what your player is can you post a pic or link then we can tell you where to change the settings for the music playing (if this is the problem)

Thank for replying but may be my English is too bad so you misunderstood me. My player now, after being updated firmware, it can be detected in windows as an mastorage disk to copy music file but the display do not show anything. I need right firmware to update again.
