looking for firmware spmp 3052A-HL171
 

Hi everyone. I have a similar mp4 player like this http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.14785
I accidently or should i say stupidly upgrade the firmware without back up the fw. It's dead now.
I have disambled it and the board is SK602C 2007-08-10 PSP-880S.
The chip is SPMP3052A-HL171 0808 M17BX43.
Can anyone help me? :cry: pleaseeeee......

It's been 2 months and nothing......
I think it's hopeless.
Better throw it away.. :(

can you open your mp4 and post the pics of the front and the back and also tell what keys you used to made it detect as the camera in the computer to do the firmware in it.May be i can try to send firmware which may match your's.

It's a fake Sony, no FM, 1GB. But the trade mark on the box is Digital MP4.
Press esc key to make it detected as a web camera on the computer.

i have asked you about the cam version and what is written on the LCD-strip, i can't see that clearly on your pic.I have few firmware's for that players

The camera is XT ZBR30LG-1 But the pc recognize it as Icatch(VIII)Still Camera Device. The LCD-strip is Smart Asic PH2837PI/R VER03 SW.

Zulu007 - Your last firmware is alike as for my player. Maybe you can help me with this player? I need a firmware.

Could you help me with firmware, please? I can switch it into 'firmware upgrade' mode by holding 'camera' button and plugging usb.

Your firmware is workable, but buttons works wrong for my player.

I don't know why but my firmware was broken after low-battery turn off.

Thanks a lot Zulu007. I've tried to flash it with your firmware but it didn't work out. The display is mirrored. Your firmware is for sk602f mainboard type.
But it is recognized as usb mass storage on my pc now.
Quite a progress eh??
Well at least I can use it as a flash disk.
Doyou have another firmware for similar type of mp4 like mine?
