Default needed Firmware on Device: XMT-S509 V3.0.2.2

i have an mp4 that wont turn on. it only displays a blue screen that says "press menu to formatting" then i press menu and it says, "BIOS TV5038 MLC" what seems to be the problem? thanks in advance.
