mp4 player's screen stuck at loading page

My player is uses anyaka AK3225MB24403
memory is HY27UT088G2M
PCB is TX2418C V0.6
screen is XT240364SG

The problem started when i inserted a wrong charger in my mp4 player since then it is not able to start (just stuck at loading... screen)

and it is also not able to reconized by pc.

I want to know whether this is a memory isssue(memory got damaged due to wrong usb charger) or something else?

But my mp4 is not getting detected by PC through usb port? Is there any solution for that?

you will need to look at the dead payer recovery guide for this, it may involve taking the player apart
