can you restart your machine and try another USb port on your computer please

seems to be s problem with your computer and the usb drives, do you hav another omputer you can try these routines on???

when you did this routine first

what happened when you tried the method that i posted

did windows ask for any drivers at all at any point

do you safely disconnect the player from the computer

i have just do ne this myself on my broken machine

at what point does the error come up ... as soon as you plug in the player?????

Windows doesn't ask for any drivers even that if i remove drivers, instead of i see:

discover a new equipment

,

New equipment is ready for use

and error. (no disc)

I haven't seen this problem with an MP4 player before, it's looking like it might be a hardware problem. :roll:

I solve a problem I make format player and i upload to player this:rkusb.tag

did you have a backup of your original firmware?
could you upload your original firmware to this site to help other members please? :idea:
