can't find MP4 on computer!!!!!

Hy!
When I was upgrade my MP4 4GB http://www.mympxplayer.org/-apm622.html my mp4 won't load this firmware and my computer won't recognize it anymore!!! What should I do to repair my MP4??
Please Help!!!
