nano clone frozen

hi everyone!

I have a nano clone bought on ebay and is FROZEN, when I turn on or connect to the wall charger the only thing that I see is the sandclock, the fucking sandclock dont dissapear, is always there .

please help me!!

the fireware is lost,upade it using a fireware. Usualy your cd has the fireweare.

I've got one of these players where the eggtimer (sandclock) just shows all the time. The MP4 player is not detected when connected to the computer. The software from the CD does not detect it either.

Any help is appreciated.
