dont know how to install my firmware on my RockChip rk2706
 

dont know how to install my firmware on my RK2706 DMTECH DM-MP910. Dont know what to do im totaly dumb. I bought my MP5 on ebay and it works only when connected to my computer and i need to update my Firemware and it is fully charged let it charge for 16 hours and still dont turn on. I ihave read alot but i am technology dumb. And when i tryed to follow the internet it told me to get a driver named rockusb27.sys but my computer wont open it and it wants me to select a file that will. I really need help getting this firmware on here some one plz help me.
