HM-1241B Dead Player
 

Hi,

I recently bought MP4 player ( Model - HM-1241B; Rockchip ). Suddenly touch screen doesn't work. No responses even restart.

But I wait for completely discharge the battery then recharged it. Then the player worked normally.

This was happened several times. But I don't know the real reason. I think this should not be a hardware issue. This should be a software issue. I think sometimes there should be a touch screen locking state and even we off the player, that state never change until the battery completely discharged.

If there anyone have an idea please respond this. Thanks.
