Dead CD-R KING Mp4 Player 2GB-FM

Greetings!!

No power.The computer detect it as "rockusb device".Can't explore in the computer.I think it's a firmware problem.Can anybody knows where to get the compatible firmware for this one?Thanks a lot.

Rockchip RAM
Memory Card Slot
2GB Memory
