Default mp4 blocked the start screen


Hello, I have a problem with my mp4 player, remained blocked on the initial screen is I can not even write a firmware because not acknowledged, is a AK1025 but I can not find the Board ID, here are some photos of the player

Photos too blurry to be of any use. What does it say on the bottom outline of the vacant spot for a second flash chip?

The board ID might be on the other side. Flip it over.

is a photo from 3.2mp, save it in the pc then use the zoom, however, in the place of empty chip says: "D33C34L1C C41" but I do not know if id board, what can I do?

Hello Lolita, I have removed the top piece, but there are welding is I have not seen the board ID, I have another player equal, I have extracted the same firmware, but how do I load it if the PC does not recognize? THANKS

Yes, I have already seen, but I have already firmware, the problem is that I can not load because the PC does not recognize the player, could be the bootloader?, but I do not know how to resolve, thanks for the answers.

man.. the board ID is at the back of the battery.. imean the one colored blue... try to remove it to see the ID... be vare ful not to cut the gray and red wires...

I have seen under the battery but there 'nothing that seems an ID board. How do I write the firmware se PC does not recognize the player?
