A little help with my ZX-793M-TLS-VL.1 please.

Okay I got this one in the mail a couple of days ago.

Right now it isn't detectable when I plug the usb into the computer and the player.

I tried tadads dead recovery guide with the tweezers and open heart surgery, and briefly it did the "detected usb device" thingy but after some more poking about it stopped working.

When I pulled the thing apart, this is what was written on it the board in white.

ZX-793M-TLS-VL.1
20061122

Under the firware version in the menu it has
XTD_03H501V1.0
9.1.52

So right now I'm unsure of what to do to get it working.

ZX series is manufactured by Popchip, but 793M is not in their list... also all their part numbers except for 8xx and 9xx are 4 digits. Are you sure it's a ZX-793M? Post a picture of the board.

yeah it's definately 793M, I'll post a picture later, but I've just checked and that is what is on the board.
