dead mp4 rockchip

got 2.4 " rockchip mp4 meizu clone with micro sd slot and radio but it died i did system recovery and it gives me blank screen and pc sees it as mass storage so i cant upgrade firmware any ideas also if you can find any 2.4" rockchip mp4 firmware that would also be really helpful thanks so much DP

ok the only thing that doesnt work is the screen it keeps linking on and of from whats on it so every =thing else works its just the visual is malfunctionin anyway to fix and no its not cracked
