Hello,
I read several articles how to get back my mp4 player, but now succeed.
I try many things but pc don't recognize mp4 player. It always start to charging.

It's 2.4'' 4gb mp4 player.
It would be great if anyone help me.

I can't update firmware because pc don't recognize it. always say unknown device. Please help
