i update my firmware

to

LSD 501_05
SDK: V35.37

but now player is dead, how can i remove the present firmware inseated of older one, please advice

First off, what kind of player do you have? There are many variations of the same firmware for different players. If you could post a pic or link to the player you bought, someone here might have the right firmware.

Use dead player recovery procedure.

Open it up to find board and CPU ID, search firmware for those part numbers.

how should i remove the present firmware? pls advice

Unfortunately you can't "remove" the firmware, you will have to REPLACE it with one that is compatible with your player.

Do you have a copy of it on the CD that came with your player? Otherwise unfortunately you will have to search this site as well as search www.s1fw.com to try to find a compatible firmware for your player.

You need to provide the BOARD number, not the one on the chips.
Search in the pcb, it is almost always a white text hidden somewhere in the board.

sorry to say you there is no board id on it, in that case what sould i do??
