Hello all

After a number of days I didn't use the player and it probablly descharged.

I conneced it to my laptop in order to both charge i and transfer files on to it and than I discovered it was completely dead.

The computer doesn't see it and it doesn' turn on not even for battery Charging. obviously it doesn't turn on via the power on/off button and no other button works either.


I have opened the case and tryed to do what was said in the How to: Recover a dead MP3/MP4 player guide however even though I tryed to make connections between the pins on all the chips inside starting with the rockchip and than the samsung chip but nothing works the USb connection was not recognized and I can't do anything more.

Please assits I am possting a photograph of the player inside and out.

Your player might still have a flat battery.

1) Did you try charging from the wall socket charger?
2) Have you tried charging with another usb cable?
3) Can you charge it up from a different computer?
