I have dead MP4 Player Alltronix
ATJ2097H : Actions semi conductor
Flash chip SAMSUNG 1 GB(SBF) K9G8G08U0M
Board : BKS97009V3 070103
Lcd : BKL-LW10278 SG151 115-1

i need for firmware.............please.....!

Could you post a picture of the board?

There's a lot of BKS25xxxx but no BKS97xxxx that I know of.
