Default Dead S1 MP3/MP4 player

My player had no display or loading hour glass after I upgrade the firmware of it... what should i do to recover it?

Last reported firmware:

S1 Mp3/Mp4 player
Wilson Co. Ltd.
v9.1.51
ACU7515 2006/10/21 or 2006/10/12 ( i don't know the day...)
