Well mp4 white diplay
 

Hy i have a Well mp4 player from a friend!When I startup it it shows white screen,when I connect it to PC it's recognized but the display it's white!I think it's a hardware problem because i pressed over back the screen changed and i started to see battery charging but i don't know where it's the problem!Can somenone help me with the white screen problem,what should i press or do?

That's not an Actions player... firmware and tools for it are going to be much harder to find.

You can try checking the solder connection between the display and the board for any defects if it's only the display that's not working (using the buttons will enable you to play music etc.)

Otherwise, search your board number (RCxxxx-M V2.0, next to the display) and see if any firmware is available.

I think the problem it's connection between display and board but where the display make contact with board?

Where it is connected, obviously.

If the screen is white there is generally a firmware not hardware error.

i've made it working for 5 minutes but i think i touched something and now it's not working anymore!I think the cause was the connection beetwen display and the board.
Before it was recognized by pc but not it's not,i think it's completely dead,when i try to start it up nothing's happen,when i charge it same,when i connect to pc same,when i charge it without battery it's starting to heat!
It's something else which i can try or it's completely dead?
