Try a different format of video.

The second one it's working now.

With the first one:

- Did you install it using MP3 Player Product Tools?
- Did you install it in ADFU Mode?
- Have you tried to turn on and off the MP4 Player serveral times, connect it to the computer and format the drive?

Try all of these and let me know if it still doesn't work.

no i mean i am using the first one now and its working perfectly got some little problem with the colors but i can leave with that but its not playing any video! all the other features are absolutely OK! Only the video thing is not working atall! Whenever i try to play a video it goes off or goes into a dark mood or something like! I need to turn the player off and on to restart it!
