Actions chipset, 9.x

That's as specific as I can get, if you want more detail you will need to provide board number and CPU.

If you know how to get the thing out of its case I can do that. Unfortunately I took the bottom screws off and no dice. What firmware should I use if I want to get out of the hour glass of death?

The screen cover is glued to the inner frame. Pry it off and slide assembly out the top.
