player will not let me copy other files but mp3 and amv
my 4 gigabyte mp4 player will not let me copy but 2 files (mp3 and amv files) from the computer to the player then it has a write error in the task bar by the clock.and then all the files are erased from the mp4 player and computer. i bought the player off of ebay and it is a chocolate mp4 player the firmware is: LSD_91N18V_A1 Version 9.1.52 every file that was on the player was erased. is there a download or a site that i can restore the player to its original state? or does that mean that the hard drive on the player is totaled? :?
