Revision: (Information not returned)

Device Type: Standard USB device - USB2.0 High-Speed

Please someone can send me the full firmware because I dont have the backup.
Thank you.

Open it up and post board ID and CPU. Pictures are also useful.

AK1011 is quite rare and usually not used in player with such large display. I don't think it is AK1011.

Hi Lolita,
thanks for your answer!
Information about the mp4 player:
Memory:
Samsung 843
K9G8G08U0B
PCB0

Chip:
AK1025
8G053AB 8GP

But now I have another problem. I have upgraded the device with another firmware and I think was wrong because the mp4 player dont show more the blue screen with clock, itīs black screen like turned off but when i connect with PC, this detect the mp4 like USB2.0(HS) Flash Disk and when I try to give the disk a format, I get a error message:
"This disk is write-protected".
The big problem now,I cannot upgrade with the mp3 update tool:
"Devie switching failed, reconnect device please!"

Can you help me please to restore my mp4 player again?
Thanks alot and best regards.

Find the board ID (you may have to flip it over) to increase accuracy of finding firmware match.

Use the Dead Player Recovery Guide to force the player enter ADFU mode, then you can install firmware.

Hello lolita, thank you for your help.
The Board ID is :
QY-066FV0
2007.05.11.
But the player still recogniced by PC like (HS) disk memory and not ADFU mode.
How can I force the player to change the mode?
I have used the Dead Player Recovery Guide but nothing change.
Thank you!

You will need to keep the data pins on the flash shorted while plugging in the player. Try several times until it turns into ADFU device.

Thank you.

I have tried all the firmware but not working.
Maybe I need a full firmware compatible with this device?

You've tried *all* of the QY-066FV0 firmwares?

Do any of them at least turn the player into a U disk? If so, can you put MP3 on it and then use the same button press combination to play the files, even though display doesn't work?

macinesa 28th Dec 2008 7:47 am

Hi lolita,
I trayed all the firmware and others from the Dazed site but nothing work.
My computer detect the mp4 like a S1MP3 ADFU Driver but only in the Device Manager tab, it doesn't appear as a Plug and Play Device(driver mass storage) and still black sreen.
Can you help me with others suggestions?
Thanks
