Kingzon MP4 Player 8 GB dead. Need firmware.

Flash: Samsung 752

Chipset: AK1025

Display: XY-1.8TBN-KMA

For some time my MP4-Player shows only the white screen (as shown in the picture). However, it is recognized by the computer as a drive with the memory capacity of only 3.8 Gb instead of the promised 8Gb. I couldn’t find any proper firmware on the internet. Can anyone help me to fix the bug?

I have another one MP4-Player of the same brand which works properly. Is it possible to use somehow its firmware and rewrite the firmware of the defective MP4-Player?

Here's your firmware:

LSD 91N will definitely NOT work with that player, it's from a completely different manufacturer.

K9HBG08U1M
32Gbit flash = 4Gbyte.

Hello,
thanks for your reply! I loaded the file from the link into my player using “MP3 Player Update Tool” and “MP3 Player Product Tool 5.11”, but it hasn’t changed anything. It still shows the white screen.

Have you tried both of them?

Also check the display for any part numbers, you might need a different display driver.
