Not seen this problem before, here is another software to try:-

Try if your firmware will load into ConsumerUpdate

Wow !.. i can Upload the firmware to the MP4... and.. The mp4 dont know the firmware... :S !!.. have another?... :S:S XD ..
i can update.. the problem is the bridge in the fets of the chip... i bad connect the bridge XD LOl sorry !!...
so my problem is the firmware t.t... dont know the mp4 the fimrware!.. i need upload another...

mm i dont can find this Numbers on the MP4..
now i can take any photos to the mp4 !
