Hello

I have just bought a MP4 player from Ebay which came from Hong Kong but its totally frozen it wont do anything . It wont charge the screen is frozen or goes totally white with no icons and i dont know what to do . My lap top recognises the device but its just frozen so i cant add any files to it . Its a sealed unit so no screws to open it up and there is no reset button either not even a tiny hole to put a pin into it . I have tried to use the plug to charge it does nothing and when i put it into a USB port it just says USB on the screen but does not charge . I have tried various USB ports including ones at work but nothing changes . I have added the details of the player at the bottom ( sorry about how long post is but i dont know how to shorten it ) . It just does nothing :(
