Hi, Hope your having better luck than me. i have what looks to be the same player maybe slightly older. Corrupted FW, have recovered it as far as new a 1Gb usb memory but i have a white screen now and the buttons don't seem to work. Some ifo on my player,

Just tried the FWs you had luck with but they are the wrong protocol apparently. If you have any luck can you let me know please i would like to get this thing working again sometime.

also i believe this to be samsung player as found here http://bbs.mydigit.cn/read.php?tid=60264&page= (Japan) If you can understand Japanese then maybe they can send FW?
