Need help SPMP3052A-HL171 PCB Ver AJ262_V6

Hi there!..

This is my device: MP5 Sony H-2401 China W/ cam

CPU: SUNPLUS
SPMP3052A-HL171
Memory: Hynix
HY27UT088G2M
Original Firmware Version:
V4.01.080714
PCD Version:
AJ262_V6
080823

History:
If I play the mp3 music after 5 mins, it becomes distorted. Then in movie menu, the display will flicker sometimes.

Action Taken:
Format - No luck
Download this firmware then Upgrade using FM pro 1.1.9a, now it getting worse. It stuck on "Light you life" Logo.

Pls help..

I have got the the same pcboard Aj262_V6.I hope your firmware will fit mine.Please upload the firmware V4.01.080714 to rapidshare and give me a link which will help me recover my MP4 which is dead.
