Is my MP4 dead?
It only power on when plugged into PC or AC power.
Since I bought it has the problem, can I fix it or what? Thanks BTW, my mp4 is a Rockchip RK2608A, 2.4" |
One of the battery wires inside could be disconnected, the only way to find out is to open it up and check inside.

Isn't the battery, because when I plug it out, it still working.
So, I only can turn it on if plugged (PC or AC). Any idea? |
Can you post a photo of the player or a link please?

With the on/off slide switch in the ON position, press and hold down the PLAY button for a few seconds and the player should boot up, do you already try this?

I tried it before, holding one, two and all buttons, but doesn't work.
I was wondering if need to update firmwire |
