One of the battery wires inside could be disconnected, the only way to find out is to open it up and check inside.

Isn't the battery, because when I plug it out, it still working.

So, I only can turn it on if plugged (PC or AC).

Any idea?

With the on/off slide switch in the ON position, press and hold down the PLAY button for a few seconds and the player should boot up, do you already try this?
