Dump or Full?
 

Hi there!
I have a question that is probably answered since the beginning, but I have to be sure about that...

I got factory4.exe, and a working mp4 player, similar to mine... same chip, same memory and screen...

So, I used ISP 0.74.00 to copy the firmware from the working one, wanting to put it in mine dead player, a 1GB ALi M5661 / HY27UT088G2M, so I can use it again...

I'm in this battle to revive my players, this one mentioned above, and a 1GB AK1025 / HY27UT088G2M...

For the Actions one, should I use MP3 Upgrade Tool?
For the ALi one, should I use the Factory4.exe?

I have a dump file from a similar ALi... can I use it to revive my player, since I believe Factory4.exe do the "complementary" work from the dumped firmwares?

For the action one... Can i put a full firmware using MP3 Upgrade Tool?
