mp4 player cannot be detected by pc, dead player

i know it's my fault, but please do help me wit this. i love this player it's a special gift from a friend.

the player has this firmware before:

mp3 player
lkc_9112_v31
2007-09-24
9.1.52
2005-01-09

and i don't know what it is, but when i use the upgrade utility this what comes out:

device name: LISONG MP3 Player
Productor: Wilson Co. Ltd.
VErsion: 9.1.52

i also open the player thinking that somemething in there might work.

there are three chips in my player and this is what is printed on them.

Post pictures of the insides, with the part numbers clearly shown.

According to that link above, these are all the same hardware configuration:

Search s1fw.com for any of the above and also your display's part# if possible. Then try the firmware.

Thanks, but I can't download firmware from s1fw.com. I can't even sign in... link is not working and my web browser show me error on page (links to "sign in" and "register" are not active).

You do not need to register to download from s1fw.com.
