1)connect computer usb cable

2)loading MP3 Player Utilities 4.18

3)Choose firmware and click upgrade

4)shows me a window: (and my mp3 player turned off automatically and connect is lose)

it with all firmware
5) I tried s1fwx

again my mp3 turn off
What to do me?

I think you should find and download the Vista driver for ActionChip-Based players. Maybe it would help you...
Because I don't know any another clear reason
why this good program can't update your player's firmware...
Stop! Maybe your USB cable is not so good as you think...
