Ipod Not even seen

So I just bought this Ipod and windows doesnt even see it. Like when I go to my computer, theres nothing there other than my usual stuff.

But Heres all the info I have been able to get on it...

Firmware Version:
RADIO_AK1025 9.1.25

Memory:

(Theres a memory tab in the setup menu)

Memory Info
934IM

(All it shows)

Now Im really new to this firmware stuff, but I needa be able to use this since Im really addicted to my music...

If the player works OK but Windows cannot recognize it, try with another cable ;)

Don't upgrade firmware unless a player is dead, or freezes.

Try different USB cable, try also with another computer...

The firmware version tells me it's an Actions chipset player.

Well, I was going to post the same thing lolita just posted (beaten to it). I would recommending trying another USB cable and computer as well and see what happens.
