my mp5 is dead pls help me

my mp5 player cant power on when i try to connect to pc,,screeen is appear is loading with blue background... always loading, but not detected with my pc. what is the problem of my mp5... i try to short the chips and its not working pls help me....tnx

Also you must download the photo of your player,
it will help us to find out what kind of is it. :wink:

here is my picture of my mp5 player,, when connected to not detected by the screen is blue and appears loading......is my player dead? what can i do it cant detect it with my pc and i try to short the pins..not working pls give me any idea how to recover it.....

the problem of my mp5 player is dead set....can't detect with my pc.
only when i plug into my pc.... screen appearing is loading...with blue background..but it can't detect....i try to short the pins nothing happens. when i short the pins the screen turn off and then after few seconds it will power on then screen loading with blue background and not detected with my pc. thank you. please tell me if it is totaly dead set.....
