i don't know what's the problem

Hi, i have a MP5 titan, exactly: http://www.titanmemory.com/Model094.html
i try to change some backgrounds then it die, i read a lot of tuturials but the problem is: in my pc i only can see one letter (H: ) comoon was two (H: ) and (I: ), i read a lot about it and now i understand i need have two leters and put in (I: ) files like "APPDATA, RESOURCE, SYSTEM,..." i donwload a lot of programs and instruccions but the problem appears when the program run, a few seconds later of start, the autodetect of windows XP start search and says "new USB device found" and try to install that, after, a few seconds the programs says "device no detected" and windows autodetect notice "you can't install the hardware...." it stop and nothing happen, i try whit "RK27Upgrade_v2.5" program and "RK27DM_Repair_tool_for_Rockchip_2706" too, anyone help you can giveme, i apreciate it a lot.
