MY MP4 PLAYER ISDEAD CANT DETECT WITH MY PC.. ONLY WHEN I CONNECT TO MY COMPUTER APPEAR ONTHE SCREEN IS LOADING. CANT POWER ON WITH ITSELF.

PLS. TELL ME THE PROBLEM OF MY MP4 PLAYER

your mp4 is tucked and it need to be firmware again.

how can i firmware again if my mp4 can't detect with my pc.. when i connect it to my computer, my mp4 lights on and appear on the screen loading. and it can't power on by switch. it will power on only when i connect it to my usb and always loading is appearing on the screen. and not detected.
i try all, short the pins... i try to download all mp3 utilities nothing happen.

First of all dear the pic you gave is not clear no body can judge what is it.Post the good resolution pic's of the front of the board and the back of the board.
Front pic is required to see what is the version of the lcd.
Back pic is required to see what is the camera version.
becasue you can find many firmware but it may not match with your lcd or the cam,and if that doesn't match may be after firmware your cam not work or may be your lcd display white.
So both that is required and if you serach this site well,you came to know many things...........like how to firmware this MP4 and what software to use.For your information THE SHORT PIN method is only for the ACTION CHIP's which use in mp3 or some mp4 which dont have the camera.
Your mp4 has the SUNPLUS 3052A and it is not the action chip.It require it own software to do the firmware in it and that software is on this site on many places.So do some work and start the search.

thnx i try to find firmware to my mp4 with cam.. but tell me how to firmware this kind of mp4 that is not detected by my computer. you said that the firmware is on this site. and i will post again with clear resolution back and front of the player. thnx for the advise..

for my idea.... i need to detect my mp4 player to my computer so i can firmware it.

for all i know,, all players need to detect,, or identify by computer. and then i can firmware my mp4. how can i firmware my mp4 if it is not detected by computer. I'll try to find my firmware on this site. If i found the firmware,,then how can i firmware my mp4 with cam which not detected with my computer.

i am asking for the pic's to tell you the exact keys which you have to push while connecting to usb.There are many combination of button's for that too.
