MyMPx.org - Hs-3007 DEAD!!! Unknown device

When I bought my MP4 it was working like the shizznit and I had nothing but ease (except for vid transfer, but I dont care about that) recently I plugged my mp4 into my computer to charge and walked away....came back about 20 minutes later to see how its doin..and (drumroll please) IT WASNT WORKING.!

so I was like "Okay....maybe i didnt plug it in all the way!?" but it was.....so i unlugged it from my comp and tried to turn it on...Nothin...I got a quick flash of light on the screen...and then nothin....so i was like...(WASHING MACHINE>>>>>>ILL KILL YOU!!) But it didnt go through the wash cuz i had it in my drawer...Then I thought it might have been to cold, but it (seemed) to be working fine in (-17 ' C) weather...soo..when i plug it into my computer now...it takes awhile for the computer to read it...then it finally says,"Unknown device......Alien Folder.......Your device has been installed and ready to use..." WHY MUST MICROSOFT NOT WORK......(and for those of you who are saying ,"Microsoft Works" STOP SAYING IT.......I REALLY DISLIKE OXYMORONIC STATEMENTS!!!....anybody with info please reply!!!! YOURE MY ONLY HOPE!
