Rockchip mp4 don't work + video
If somebody could help me, my mp4 show Images distorted in the main menu, goes out constantly, USB storage don't work ( cannot access my files). I do not know anything about firmware version; it happened after to connect a big earphones, it has camera recorder of video and photo.
I made a video so that they see what it is happening, it only has four months of life. For more details they see the video
