Help!! Sony Digital Mp3/MP4 Player !dead

sorry for my bad english
i have a MP4 player (Sony Digital MP3/MP4 player)

my player is working fine before but now i dont know what happend it suddenly turned off now it wont start ... when i connect it to my pc using usb cable it starts... a message displayed on the screen loading.. on a blue screen then a software opens up (ISTAGE) and then another msg appears usb disk... and drive appears in my computer... i can copy songs, videos on it .. when i unplugged it from my pc all menu's visible on my player for 5 to 8 seconds then suddenly it turned off automatically then again i try to open it but it cant, everytime i connect it with my pc then unplugged it .... player works for only 5 to 8 seconds i dont know whats the problem ... kindly tell me the solution or firmware update or something that can make my MP4 player run again. i dont know that is it original SONY player or a clone....

plz plz plz help me i shall be very thankful to you.
