White screen on Onda vx747 clone
 

Hi guys,

my daughters mp4/mp5 player Onda clone vx747 screen turned white. I tried to reset it with the reset button but it didn't help. I also tried to switch it on and off but it did not help either. Is there a solution to restore it with firmware or software?
Hope somebody can help me? My little girl is very sad at the moment and misses her player. Here is the player:

Thanks for the reply but as soon as I connect it to the computer the screen turns white and windows Vista 32bit does not see the device

try it with an xp machine, vista does not paly well at all, also any recovery tools used will need to be run on xp, vists is just to unpredictable with these devices, especially when trying recovery
