Shoktec X5000 (iMAX T7000, Newman M6000) dead, but hopeful
 

I have bought the X5000 player with 160GB harddisk and 4,3" LCD in Germany by Shoktec.com (rebranded T7000 iMAX) CN T7000.8233. I have problems with playing of mp3 files. The player stutters or play only first 5 seconds from song. In the background sound mode is all OK. Shoktec haven’t support for his product. I have downloaded T7000 firmware from iMAX homepage (akica.com) and flash the player, but after flashing with update.bin and restart i can see after starting screen only black screen and the player dont work. If i press reset and connect player to computer, i can read and write files to the harddisk, but after disconnect i see only black
screen. Emailadress support@imax.com.cn dont work and i cannot call the supportnumber (i dont speak chinese). I know that the player have a linux firmware. Please help me!!!
