Touch Screen Screen won't work

Hi, bought VX 858 from Oz, live in NZ, can't find retailer to fix touch screen, won't work at all . . help :cry:

Hi charlie65,

What is wrong with the touch screen? It's just not responding to anything? Does your player turn on and off ok though? Or is that also broken? Or is your touch screen cracked and you need a replacement?

Oh sorry, should have given more info. Bought about 8 months ago, worked until about 2 months ago. Turns on and off not a problem, but that's all I can do, touch won't respond at all

Has no scratches or crackes on the screen by the way
